Our Commitment
The work of the Institute is conducted in accordance with historic evangelical Christianity and with a commitment to be;
Missiological
Missiological in essential focus, directing all reflection towards encouraging the obedience of the church in witness, worship and social and cultural transformation.
Communal
A community in internal structure, to enable persons to learn in interdependence and in appreciation of the varied gifts that God bestows on the church.
Dialogical

Mutual
A partner in approach, with all involved in the pursuit of Christian mission, as a learner and contributer, drawing on and encouraging insights of others.
Experiential
Experience-related in orientation, enabling all reflection to stimulate relevant Christian action in mission.
.
.
Beneficial
A servant in disposition, to enable resources to flow freely throughout the church, as well as the wider academic community.
